Q: What are my shipping options?
A: Direct Audi Parts uses UPS for all our shipping. You can choose from 3 different option, Standard 7 to 10 business days, Express 4 business days, or Priority 3 business days.

Q: What is the warranty on Audi accessories?
A: All Audi Accessories are covered by the Audi Accessories limited warranty.

Q: I live outside of the U.S., and would like to purchase Audi accessories.
A: Unfortunately, The Audi Collection ships only to the U.S. at this time. Shipment overseas is not available. For those of you in Canada, a dedicated Canadian site will be available soon.

Q: Does Audi make seat covers for any of their vehicles?
A: No. Audi does not make seat covers due to the air bag system that is in place within the seats.

Q: How do you estimate the taxes to be applied to my order?
A: Please note, we don't charge your credit card until your item(s) ship. Items will be billed as shipped. Based on state laws, VW/Audi is required to collect sales taxes in all states. All taxes have been estimated and may be imposed on both product and shipping charges. Actual taxes will be applied at the time of billing. If your order contains multiple items, some of which are out-of-stock, please note that all shipping charges will be billed when the first item is shipped.
